NATURE : high in softness

By the wooden bridge that adjoins the property, guests have access to the municipal park, with a fitness trail, children's playground, tennis court, soccer field, beach volleyball court, ping pong table and petanque court, all free of charge. The GR chateaux of the Loire Valley are nearby for beautiful country walks through the vineyards.

The house is composed of : 

GROUND FLOOR

- 1 large and very luminous living room (no less than 5 openings) forming a living room / dining room / kitchen, 1 bedroom (high quality bedding 160 X 200), 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet;

- The living room decorated with a large fireplace, armchairs and soft sofa;

- The kitchen, open to the dining room (about 45 m2), friendly place perfectly equipped. In addition to a large choice of dishes, utensils and small appliances (toaster, Nespresso and traditional filter coffee maker, kettle, multi-function food processor, ...), it is equipped with a chef's piano with hood, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 refrigerator and 1 freezer, 1 washing machine/dryer and ironing facilities;

- One bedroom is located on the same level (served by 3 steps) with a door on the courtyard (high quality bedding 160×200) and a desk for telecommuting if needed;

FLOOR

The first floor consists of: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 independent toilet

- One bedroom with a 160×200 bed.

- Two bedrooms with twin beds.

- The bathrooms are equipped with either a bathtub or a shower in order to best meet the needs and tastes of children and adults.

All the rooms of the house are equipped with wifi.

Special care is taken with the high quality bedding and household linen (dry cleaning).

=> Cots and high chairs can be provided on request.

THE PLUS

Guests have access to smart television (37' flat screen) via ADSL, blu ray player, a large selection of children's books, board games, guides to the region, free wifi, tennis and ping pong rackets, pétanque balls, household and bathroom linen provided, kitchen kit (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, washing-up liquid, etc.).

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR

A natural environment with a flowered garden, closed with green spaces and a shaded terrace with barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture completes the offer.

To take advantage of the bicycle route, located along the Cher Valley, from Monthou to Chenonceau, we offer bicycles for rent : week end (€20 € per bicycle), week (€25 per bicycle);
