A SPACIOUS COUNTRY HOUSE CUT OFF FROM THE WORLD 

La Chenillière is dedicated to all those who dream of a country house to invite friends, to gather with family, to have barbecues on the soft grass in front of the pond in the background, to start the day with a swim in the swimming pool (indoor heated for the exclusive use of the tenants) before having coffee in the sun, while the children play ping pong or swing on the swings, with the herons and the deer as only neighbors.

Located in Touraine, La Chenillière is the ideal "home sweet home", in the peace and quiet to go green, for a weekend, for vacations, for yoga, watercolor, cooking courses, ....

LIFE IN GREEN

Recently renovated, the old farm of Pontlevoy Abbey has kept all its authenticity (very nice restoration, careful decoration, beams, fireplaces). It includes a superb longère of character 245 m2 on 1ha5 of garden.

The property allows to gather 11 persons in a great quietness.

- 4 bedrooms (11 beds) and 4 bathrooms + living rooms

- Outbuilding : heated indoor swimming pool.

Inside, everything has been designed for "uncomplicated" vacations.

- the living room-library with fireplace (33 m2), the dining room (26 m2) each opened onto the garden;

- the kitchen is huge (25 m2 + back kitchen), where you can chat while slicing,

- the 4 bedrooms are bright and welcoming (two parental suites with their own bathroom, one of which has an extra bed), one double bedroom and one through bedroom with 4 single beds, top of the range bedding, BB bed on request + 1 bathroom and a shower room....

In winter, the house is very pleasant to live in with its central heating and its large fireplace. The living room and its TV corner invite you to relax.

The park covers more than one hectare and includes a green garden, two ponds, an orchard, a covered and heated swimming pool of 20 X 10 foots, a ping-pong table, a barbecue.

(Children who cannot swim remain under the supervision of their parents).

In the summertime, the old lime tree provides shade, and the meals it hosts promise to be memorable. At sunset, the view of the park invites contemplation.

Come in spring, the irises and narcissus are in full bloom.

Come in summer, the wisteria invades the facade, and the lavender perfumes the garden.

Come in autumn, everything becomes ochre...

Come in winter, the bare trees look fantastic.
