A green Eldorado in Touraine, land of the kings of France, just 2 hours and 15 minutes from Paris. Charming, cosy cottage (4 spacious bedrooms), the charm of the past, vintage touches, powdery colors and small singular objects give extra soul to this former Touraine winegrowing property, tastefully renovated in an exceptional setting.
NATURE
Via the wooden bridge adjacent to the property, guests have access to the municipal park, with fitness trail, children's playground, tennis court, soccer field, volleyball court, ping pong tables and petanque court, all free of charge. The hiking trail is just around the corner, making for great country walks.

1 large, light-filled through living room (with 5 windows) forming a lounge/dining room with kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen size bed 160 X 200), 1 shower room with walk-in shower, 1 toilet;

The living room has a large fireplace, 5 armchairs and a soft sofa;

The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room (approx. 45 m2), has been designed to create a convivial, fully-equipped space. In addition to a wide choice of crockery, utensils and small appliances (toaster, Nespresso and traditional filter coffee maker, kettle, multi-function food processor, etc.), it is equipped with a cooker with hood, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 fridge/freezer, 1 washing machine/dryer and ironing facilities;

One bedroom is on the ground floor (accessed by 3 steps) with French windows overlooking the courtyard (queen size 160×200 bedding) and a desk for working if required;

Guests benefit from a smart television (37' flat screen), DVD player, wide selection of children's books, board games, guides to the region, HIFI system, free wifi, tennis and ping pong rackets (tables in the adjacent park), household and bathroom linen provided (one towel per person), kitchen kit (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, washing-up liquid, etc.,...), raclette machine, a desk in one of the rooms facilitates teleworking.

A natural environment with a flower-filled, enclosed garden featuring green spaces and a shaded terrace with deckchairs, barbecue, pergola and garden furniture complete the offer.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOOD PRACTICES
It's possible to rent bicycles to discover the surrounding area while limiting carbon emissions, a bicycle route is located along the Cher Valley, from Monthou to Chenonceau, price: weekend: €20 per bicycle, week: €25 per bicycle.

Note : a second is cottage nearby, each cottage is completely independent and has its own private access and outdoor space.

Accommodation costs include : Reception on arrival, linen supplies (bed sheets, bath sheets), bed-making, heating, water, electricity, garden maintenance, housekeeping at the end of your stay (you are responsible for the small cleaning) and the inventory of fixtures on departure.
