Some houses exude happiness, joie de vivre and harmony... This is the case of this spacious winegrowers' farm (the house and the cellar), located in a natural setting just a stone's throw from the village. The gîtes du parc are a delight.
COCOON
The two cottages : Le Clos du Parc and Le Gué au Loup, located opposite each other, are large, super-cozy houses that are suited for large groups of friends or family reunions. For those who dream of a french country house, a barbecue at sunset, an aperitif with Touraine rosé wine, without being on top of each other ....
Take advantage of the Gites du Parc to visit the region and its castles, by bike or on foot, do some sport, discover the local gastronomic heritage (goat's cheese and Touraine wines) ...
Facing due south, the terraces with pergolas provide shade for meals, while the facades open out between the vines.
From the wooden bridge next to the property, guests have access to the municipal park, with fitness trail, children's play area, tennis court, football pitch, volleyball court and boules pitch, all free of charge. Access on foot through the garden (no road to cross, young children can get there independently).

Each of the two houses consists of :

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room (around 45 m2), has been designed to make this space a fully-equipped, convivial space. In addition to a wide range of crockery, utensils and small appliances (toaster, traditional and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, multi-function food processor, etc.), it also includes a cooker with extractor hood, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 fridge/freezer);

One bedroom is on the ground floor (160×200 bed) with access via a few steps;
The first floor comprises : 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1 separate toilet;

One bedroom with 160×200 bed or a master suite with bathroom for one of the two houses;

Two bedrooms with twin beds 90 x 200 (one of which can be converted into an XL double bed 180 x 200);

One bathroom;
All rooms in the house are equipped with wifi;
The bedrooms are bright (top-of-the-range bedding, baby bed on request).

Guests benefit from smart televisions (37' flat screen), DVD player, bluetooth speaker, a wide selection of children's books and adult novels, board games, guides to the region, free wifi, tennis and table tennis rackets, household and bathroom linen provided (one towel per person), kitchen kit (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, washing-up liquid, etc.) and raclette machines, a desk in one of the bedrooms for easy teleworking.

Facing due south, the main facade, on which the vines grow, has a terrace and a pergola for shady meals.

Possibility of renting bicycles to discover the surrounding area while limiting carbon emissions, a bicycle route is located along the Cher Valley, from Monthou to Chenonceau, price: weekend: €20 per bicycle, week: €25 per bicycle.
INFORMATION
The cost of your stay includes : Reception on arrival, linen supplies (bed sheets, bath sheets), making up of the beds, heating, water, electricity, upkeep of the garden, major cleaning at the end of the stay (you are responsible for minor cleaning) and the inventory of fixtures on departure.
